placed in jail for something he has never done, Mr Tuffney seems to have been cursed with bad luck ever since he met his illegal wife in Miami, soon after meeting her he was slammed into Broward County jail on drug charges, and for jumping bail. The (BSO) Broward Sheriffs office picture of Mr Tuffney looks like he has been on a heavy stag nigh, but what truly happened is he was a victim of stolen identity that was at the extreme end, since then Mr Tuffney can now add drug running to his fake rap sheet.
