These videos have been filmed by the Human Rights organisation in Panama showing how prisoners live

The Defensora Del Pueblo is run by the government. This organisation serves no purpose in Panama, it has no teeth and is totally useless, all it does is basically give a Panamanian a job. This is what the United Nation calls acceptable by giving Panama a seat in the inner circle on Human Rights in Geneva.

Guess which one is UK prison food, and which one is Panama’s. Both countries are obligated under International law to give prisoners a well-balanced diet.
