Panama says it complies by all United Nations human rights; well, Mr President you need to explain why this is still going on, and to treat your people humanly and with dignity. No provision is provided to prisoners who have strict religious food beliefs or dietary restrictions, this is also a violation of an inmates human rights, and this is happening every day. An average human must have a well balanced diet, with good nutritional value, in La Joya you will not see on the menu, fruit or vegetables, this is another violation.
