This building is only 4 years old, at a cost of $190 million, the washing machine does not work because there is no free-flowing water, nor for the bathrooms. Laundry hanging everywhere making water-borne diseases more likely in this humid environment. No furniture is provided and inmates must make their own hammocks from woven stretched ice bags.
Not even water to flush the toilets in this state of the art prison.
