If this looks to you like this inmate has finished his dinner, think again, this is his dinner for the day! this is what Panama deems acceptable.
The obligation under UN charter which Panama signed says that every prisoner should have a well balanced nutritional diet, served up professionally, in clean hygenic conditions.
Well Mr President lets see if you will eat, what you serve us, hopefully after the elections you might have that chance! Bon Appetit!
