This is what Panama means when they say all inmates have free access to free-flowing water. The British Embassy purchased for it’s UK inmates water purification filter jugs. Nothing in the world would purify this chocolate-coloured water. Many inmates suffered stomach and skin issues because of poor quality water.

The British Embassy is so out of touch, feels that supplying inmates with water purifiers as the one below will make the water safe for drinking.
